At NOTE Manchester, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your skateboarding gear and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and skate hardware in its original packaging.

Log into your account or use our online portal to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the parcel back to our Manchester warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
