We offer standard UK delivery within 2-3 working days for £4.95, or free on orders over £100. Next-day delivery options are available at checkout if ordered before 2 PM.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skateboard hardware or custom-built completes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, NOTE Manchester ships to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
